Michael Flynn is a U.S. Navy Submarine Veteran and retired Middletown Site General Manager with Lockheed Martin, bringing decades of leadership and operational experience to Middletown. He served on the Charter Review Committee in 2018 and is President of the Easton's Point Neighborhood Association, where he advocates for government transparency and community engagement. Michael is committed to controlling taxes, reducing unnecessary spending, supporting small businesses, and keeping Middletown affordable for families, seniors, and residents across the community.
